Order Processing: We get your gear ready to ride in 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS – delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your gear hits the road.
Our Rider-Friendly Returns Process
If your gear doesn’t fit like a second skin or meet your expectations, our returns process is as smooth as shifting gears on your favorite ride.

- Condition: Must be in original condition with tags attached and unused
- Free returns: For defective or wrong items (we’ll provide a prepaid label)
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Step-by-Step Return Process:
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Product name and reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Photos if claiming defective item
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our gearhead team (who collectively ride 15,000+ miles annually) will review your request within 24-48 hours. We’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (address and carrier)
- Return label if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip. Ship via:
- Standard Return: Use any trackable carrier (you cover shipping)
- Defective/Wrong Item: Use our prepaid return label
Step 4: Receive Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons like we protect your head on the road, these items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Helmets (Full Face & Open Face) – Due to hygiene and safety regulations
- Used or damaged gear – Must be in original saleable condition
- Final sale items – Clearly marked during checkout
International Returns
For riders outside the UK (except restricted Asian/remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds exclude original shipping charges
